Federal Skilled Trades Class ,In Canada there are shortages of workers in some cities. so the Federal skilled Trades class is where the skilled workers from around the world may apply it and then they get the chance to work and live in Canada. this class is for Qualified, experienced trades persons from around the world who want to immigrate to Canada.the application process time is within six months. this program allowed trades persons from around the world where they can work in Canada and live permanently.this application served as first come ,First serve Basis and the application comes or processed under the express entry system.
Requirements for Federal Skilled Trades Class:
You must meet the required language levels for each following language by submitting results of a language test.
- Speaking
- Reading
- Listening
- Writing
The required minimum results are Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 for speaking and listening, CLB 4 for reading and writing;
- You must have accumulated at least two years of full-time work experience (or the equivalent in part-time work experience) in the skilled trade during the five previous years.
- You must be able to demonstrate that the skills and experience gained covers the essential duties of the occupation.
- You have a full-time offer of employment in that skilled trade for a period of at least one year from up to two Canadian employers in that skilled trade from a Canadian provincial or territorial authority.
Skills Requirements:
There are some requirements for the Federal Skilled Trades Program are organized under these groups of the National Occupational Classification (NOC):
- For Major Group 92, processing, manufacturing and utilities supervisors and central control operators
- For Minor Group 632, chefs and cooks
- For Minor Group 633, butchers and bakers
- For Major Group 72, industrial, electrical and construction trades
- For Major Group 73, maintenance and equipment operation trades
- For Major Group 82, supervisors and technical jobs in natural resources, agriculture and related production
Funds Requirements:
The funds requirement is without family member is $12,300 and with family members .it goes like :
